Just a suggestion:  you should add some in depth interviews of some of the folks that run often cited &quot;successful&quot; hyperlocal blogs, such as baristanet.   Doing so would develop a sort of current &quot;best practices&quot; guide.  It would be both fascinating and instructional.</description>
