		<description>I actually think there is plenty of local content out there.  Just look at the real estate &quot;blogosphere&quot;.  There are thousands of active RE blogs around the country, and many of them do pretty well.  I would guess that out of any other industry, real estate has the most hyper local blogs... just a theory.</description>
